There will be times where a System User will either forget their password or need to change their password. In these instances, there is a Support Call-in PIN for each user to create when they first set up their password. This is set up as a simple and easy way to verify the system user and reset their password.
If you forget your PIN at anytime or need to change your PIN you can easily change your PIN, or have your system administrator change your PIN, under My Office>System Users. Edit the system users profile and you will see a field Support Call-in PIN to enter your PIN and Update.
Note: The PIN can contain numbers and letters. Just make sure the PIN is something you can easily remember.
