Establishing and Managing Company Aliases

The Company Alias Module allows you to run multiple companies under a single Limo Anywhere subscription; it also allows the tracking of reservations by their source, processing payments using different payment gateways, and running reports for each alias.

Setting Up Company Aliases

  1. Click on the 'My Office' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'Company Settings' tab.
  3. Click the 'Contact Information' button.
  4. Click on the 'Manage Company Aliases' hyper link.
  5. Enter the 'Company Alias'. Your customer will not see the alias name.
  6. Enter the 'Company Name', 'Street Address', 'Street Address 2', 'City/Town', 'State/Province/Territory', and 'Zip/Postal Code'.
  7. (OPTIONAL STEP) Enter the 'EIN/Business Number'.
  8. Enter the 'Country', 'Primary Phone Number', 'Secondary Phone Number', 'Fax Number', 'General Email Address', 'Trips Email Address', 'Quote Email Address', 'Billing Email Address', 'Company Website URL', 'Default Gateway' and 'Default Currency'.
  9. Click the 'Add Alias' button.

NOTE: The highlighted fields below or the logo will be displayed the forms (confirmations, trip sheets, invoices, etc) that you send out of Limo Anywhere.

Editing an Existing Alias

  1. Click on the 'My Office' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'Company Settings' tab.
  3. Click the 'Contact Information' button.
  4. Click on the 'Manage Company Aliases' hyper link.
  5. Select the Alias from the Alias list.
  6. Make the needed changes.
  7. Click the 'Update Alias' button.

Deleting an Existing Alias

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If an alias is deleted all trips assigned to that alias will revert to the main company.

  1. Click on the 'My Office' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'Company Settings' tab.
  3. Click the 'Contact Information' button.
  4. Click on the 'Manage Company Aliases' hyper link.
  5. Select the Alias from the Alias list.
  6. Click the 'Delete Alias' button.
