DriverAnywhere® Network User Guide

DriverAnywhere® Network is a standards-compliant, quality-controlled affiliate network consisting of like-minded operators who are focused on quality and believe in reciprocal relationships.

With DriverAnywhere® Network operators get instant access to pricing in over 40 markets, guaranteed availability of drivers in as little as one hour, real-time status updates and GPS tracking of your customer's rides. All from within your Limo Anywhere reservation system!

You can use DriverAnywhere® Network to grow your business nationwide without having to add internal resources. Just think of it as outsourcing your affiliate management and out-of-town dispatching.

Becoming a DA Net Member

  1. Click on the 'Network' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'DA Net' tab.
  3. Click the 'Become a Member of DA Net' button.
  4. Fill out all the fields.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: The 'Office Phone' field has to have a +(your country code example in picture below) and all numbers after.



  5. Click the 'Submit' button.

NOTE: The activation process could take up to 72 hours.

Setting Up the DA Net section


Once your DA Net account has been activated you will need to set up a few things to complete the integration.




  1. Click on the 'Network' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'DA Net' tab.
  3. Click on the 'General' button.
  4. Set the 'Default Markup'.
  5. Check or Uncheck the box labeled 'Allow to overwrite trip charges'.

    IMPORTANT
    NOTE:
    The checking the '
    Allow to overwrite trip charges' options tells the system to update the customers trip charges (stops, waits, tolls, and parking) with the settled DA Net settled pricing. If you uncheck the box you will need to add the additional charges to the customers bill upon settling the trip.

  6. Click the 'Update' button.
  7. Click on the 'Vehicle Types' button.
  8. Map the appropriate Limo Anywhere vehicle type (Drop Down box) to each DA Net vehicle type label.
  9. Click the 'Save' button.



  10. Select the 'Rate' button.
  11. Map the appropriate Limo Anywhere Rates (Drop Down box) to each DA Net rates label.
  12. Click the 'Save' button.



  13. Select the 'Statuses' button.
  14. Map the appropriate Limo Anywhere Statuses (Drop Down box) to each DA Net status labels.
  15. Click the 'Save' button.

Activate/Deactivate DA Net Preference (New Res Drop Down Box)

  1. Click on the 'My Office' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'Company Preferences' button.
  3. Select the 'Reservations' button.
  4. Set the option 'When "New Reservation" Link Is Clicked' to your liking.
  5. Click the 'Update My Company Preferences' button.

Farming-out reservations through DA Net


If your DA Net preference 'When "New Reservation" Link Is Clicked' is set 'Show Standard and DA Net reservation option' you will be able to click the green 'New Res' button to start a DA Net trip.



  1. Open the DA Net pop up window.
  2. Fill in the Passengers first and last name, number of passengers, and number of luggage.
  3. Select the trip type ('Transfer' or 'Hourly')
  4. Fill in the required fields (with * symbol).
  5. Select the 'Get a Rate Quote' button.



  6. Select the vehicle type and how much you would like to charge your customer.
  7. Click the 'Select Vehicle & Rate and Continue to Farm Out' button.



  8.  (VERY IMPORTANT STEP) Input the passenger's Mobile Phone Number.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: 646-616-3401 is a VERY important number to your clients, they would use that number when they need to contact their driver.  I recommend that all passengers landing at the airport contact their driver once they walk off the plane and/or after claiming their luggage.

  9. (THIS STEP IS FOR AIRPORT PICK UP ONLY) Fill out the Airline and Flight number or 'Search by Departure Airport' (only applicable on airport pick ups).
  10. (OPTIONAL STEP) Fill out the 'Notes for Drivers' field.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: If your customer needs stops or waits please add the stops/waits information into the 'Notes for Drivers' field.



  11. (OPTIONAL STEP) Fill out the 'Notes for Dispatchers' Field.
  12. (THIS STEP IS FOR AIRPORT PICK UP ONLY) Select 'When Should We Pick Up This Passenger' option.
  13. Click the 'Continue' button.



  14. Select the 'Payment Method', 'Terms', and then click the 'Continue' button OR click the 'Skip This Step' button.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Your customers credit card information will NOT be sent to the performing affiliate nor will the DriverAnywhere Network pop up window automatically charge their card! We recommend that you use that spot for their payment info, so that you do not have to call the customer after the trip to collect payment.



  15. Look over the information to ensure that it's correct.

    NOTE: If the information is NOT correct click the 'Modify' button located in the box associated with the data that needs to be corrected.

  16. Click the 'All Information Is Correct - Submit Farm Out' button.



  17. The farm-out is complete when you see the following screen.

Farming-out existing reservations through DA Net

 

  1. Open an existing saved reservation or create a new reservation and save it.
  2. Click the 'DA Net' button located on the reservation you would like to farm out using DA Net.



  3. Look over the information to ensure that it's correct.
  4. Select the 'Get a Rate Quote' button.



  5. Select the vehicle type and how much you would like to charge your customer.
  6. Click the 'Select Vehicle & Rate and Continue to Farm Out' button.



  7. (VERY IMPORTANT STEP) Input the passenger's Mobile Phone Number.

Cancelling a DA Net Farm-out


Cancelling a DA Net trip is as easy as change the reservation's status to 'Cancelled' and clicking the 'Save' button!

Settling a DA Net Trip and Receiving Payment


To ensure that the DA Net trip has been settled and the reservation's 'Farm-out Costs' tab reflects the proper amount that is billed to you, please check the DA Net Farm-out trips section.

  1. Click on the 'Network' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'DA Net' tab.
  3. Click on the 'Farm-out Trips' button.
  4. Check to see if the 'DaNet Closing status' column is set to 'Closed'.

    NOTE: If the trip is set to 'N/A' after 48 business hours upon completion please call 469-713-1414 to get updated charges and to report the problem.



  5. (OPTIONAL STEP) IF needed proceed with updating the client's reservation with any additional charges that are found under the 'Farm-out Costs' tab.



  6. Take the payment as you normally would with a regular reservation.
  7. Settle the trip.

Getting Status updates in Limo Anywhere in real time

DriverAnywhere® Network reservation statuses will be updated live in your dispatch grid and reservation screen through each step of the trip (On The Way, On Location, Circling, Pickup, and Drop Off) starting 30 minutes before the trip's pick up time. The current reservation status can be checked by looking into reservation screen and dispatch screen.

Getting the Driver’s Location


DriverAnywhere® Network drivers will be track-able 30 minutes before the trip's pick up time in your GPS tab of the Dispatch Grid.

  1. Click on the 'Dispatch' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'GPS' Tab.

Rating the Ride


Once a ride has been performed you may rate the ride based off your customers experience with the performing operator.

  1. Click on the 'Network' icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the 'DA Net' tab.
  3. Click on the 'Farm-out Trips' button.
  4. Select the hyper link 'Rate This Ride'.
  5. Rate how your and/or your customer's experience using the star icons.

    NOTE: 1 star is worst experience and 5 stars is best experience.

  6. If your experience is less than 5 stars leave us a comment, so that we can strengthen our weak areas.

Sending a Job Problem


This feature allows the farming out operator to submit a job problem to the DriverAnywhere® Network team and to check the status of your problem.

To locate the driver performing your DriverAnywhere® Network ride, please call 646-616-3401.

To report an incident on a specific ride and trigger a customer service investigation, please log an incident on the reservation in your Limo Anywhere software or call 646-616-3401 to speak to a DriverAnywhere® Network representative.

  1. Open the DA Net farmed-out reservation you need to report the problem on.
  2. Click the 'More' button.
  3. Select the 'Incident' button.



  4. Type up the Job Problem in the pink box.
  5. Click the 'SAVE LOG' box.
  6. Once the log has been saved you will be able to check the status of the problem by clicking the 'Check DA Net Resolution Status' button at a later time.
