The Customer Activity Report allows you to view the activity, number of trips or revenue, of a customer for a certain period of time.
- Click on Reports
- Find the Customer Activity Report box (left hand side under Sales Revenue Report)
- Select the timeframe (Last 6 months, 12 months, or 18 months)
- Select Trips or Revenue to display either number of trips or revenue
- (OPTIONAL) Select Billing Contact if wanting to display just for a Billing Contact
- (OPTIONAL) Select Company if wanting to display just for a Company
- Select Report By: Customers or Companies
- Select the Output Format: Web, MS Excel, or CSV
- Click the GENERATE REPORT button
