Generating a Customer Activity Report

The Customer Activity Report allows you to view the activity, number of trips or revenue, of a customer for a certain period of time.

  1. Click on Reports
  2. Find the Customer Activity Report box (left hand side under Sales Revenue Report)
  3. Select the timeframe (Last 6 months, 12 months, or 18 months)
  4. Select Trips or Revenue to display either number of trips or revenue
  5. (OPTIONAL) Select Billing Contact if wanting to display just for a Billing Contact
  6. (OPTIONAL) Select Company if wanting to display just for a Company
  7. Select Report By: Customers or Companies
  8. Select the Output Format: Web, MS Excel, or CSV
  9. Click the GENERATE REPORT button
