New Features

A Refreshed Custom Booking Portal — Plus

The booking portal your hotel and corporate partners use has been redesigned around the front desk's day: fewer clicks to book, and everything about a reservation in one place.

Booking a trip:

  • Grouped form — Billing & Booking Contact, Passengers, Trip Details, Route, Notes and Payment sit in their own cards, and the page fits phones and tablets cleanly. It also loads noticeably faster.
  • Route shortcuts — one-click buttons such as Hotel → Airport fill the pick-up, drop-off and service type. A round trip variant books the airport run and the return together.
  • Round trips in one go — tick Add return trip, set the return date and time (and the return flight when an airport is involved), and both legs are reserved from a single Book.
  • Quick dates — Today, Tomorrow and the next two days under the pick-up date; Same day, Next day and +1 week under the return date.
  • Booked by and Room Number on hotel-desk portals, so the reservation records who took the booking and the guest's room, whatever the payment method.
  • A clearer confirmation — when, where, how many, with Print, Copy number and Book the return trip.

Reservations:

  • Summary bar — Today, Live now, Unassigned, Upcoming and Done this month at a glance; each opens the matching list.
  • Reservation cards show the place name (the hotel, the airport) ahead of the street address, open any address on a map, and show the vehicle and — where the operator allows it — the chauffeur's photo once assigned.
  • One action row per card — Book again, Book return, Message dispatch, Change and Cancel. Cancelling asks for a reason and then a confirmation, so it cannot happen by accident.
  • Message dispatch sends a note about a reservation straight to your operations team and adds it to the reservation's dispatch notes.
  • Live tracking shows the chauffeur's name and a tap-to-call number above the map, with named pick-up and drop-off pins.

For operators: portals can now carry a header background photo (Feature Setup > Custom Portals > edit a portal), and two new switches under the trip history options let a portal show chauffeur photos on reservations and let the account change a reservation's vehicle type or pick-up time.

Also new on portals:

  • Copy stops between portals — set up your pick-up and drop-off points once and reuse them, from the button beside New on the portal edit page.
  • A passenger limit per portal — cap the party size a portal can book. With a small limit set, the Number of Passengers field becomes a short dropdown rather than a typed box.
  • Co-branding — show your client's logo alongside your own on the portal pages, the booking form and the booking confirmation email.
  • Withhold the passenger's email where a portal books on someone else's behalf, so the reservation carries your booker rather than the rider.

Booking Vouchers on Custom Portals — Plus

Issue a batch of single-use codes and hand them out. Whoever holds one can book a trip that bills back to an account you choose, without an account login of their own.

  • Batches of codes — generate a batch against a Bill To account, with search-as-you-type account picking.
  • One use each — a code books one trip and is then spent.
  • Hide rates — a portal can show no price at all to the person booking, which is what you want when the rider isn't paying.
  • Voucher number on the reservation — optionally send the code across as the LimoAnywhere PO / reference number, so it appears on the invoice.
  • A booking notification for you — a compact email to the portal owner when a voucher booking comes in, carrying the trip total and the voucher code.

Find it under Feature Setup > Custom Portals, on the portal's voucher settings.

Shuttle Coordinator Portal — A La Carte

Your shuttle client — the hotel, the campus, the office park — now gets a page of their own. They manage their own riders and pull their own reports, without a LimoAnywhere login and without calling you.

What the coordinator gets:

  • Riders — add one or many at a time, deactivate and reactivate, resend a sign-in link, and record the company each rider works for.
  • Schedule — Today, the next 7 days, or any date you pick, showing every departure with its time, stop, route and who boards there.
  • Reports — bookings on screen with a search box, plus Manifest, Walk-on and a Routes tally sheet, each exportable to Excel.
  • Map — the route line between the service's stops, with the shuttle's own position on it.
  • Help — a plain walkthrough for talking a rider through installing the app, and an outline of how the whole service fits together.

Three kinds of access, so you hand out only what each person needs: a full coordinator, a read-only reports viewer, and a front-desk view that can see the day's runs and put a walk-up visitor on one without seeing the rider roster.

Also new for shuttle services:

  • Invite-only services — only the riders you add can book. Set it on the Booking Policy tab.
  • Text messages alongside your shuttle emails — booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, changes and refunds, each with wording you write. Turn them on per service under Shuttle > Service > Emails.
  • A clearer invite email with a Book Your Seat button and instructions for adding the service to a phone home screen, and invite links that now last a week instead of an hour.
  • Rider trip count and last ride on the Passengers tab, with access switches and one-click sign-in links.
  • Spreadsheet rider imports now pick up phone numbers, including lists that keep the company and phone together in one column.

Assign Drivers During a Bulk Import — All Tiers

Bulk trip imports can now include driver assignments, so a manifest that already says who is driving arrives in LimoAnywhere with the drivers in place.

What you get:

  • Map a Driver column from your spreadsheet. Add a column named driver (or Chauffeur, Driver Name, Assigned Driver — the mapper recognises all of them) and each trip picks up the driver whose name matches.
  • Or pick one driver for the whole file, using the manual-entry option on the Driver field during column mapping. Useful when a whole manifest belongs to one chauffeur.
  • Choose what happens next with the new Driver Actionsetting in Trip Settings:
    • Set driver only — the driver goes on the reservation and your dispatchers take it from there. This is the default.
    • Set driver and assign trip — the trip is assigned to that driver right away.
    • Set driver and offer trip — the trip is offered, and the driver accepts or declines in the driver app.
  • See it before you import. The review grid shows the matched driver on each row, so you can confirm the whole file at a glance.

Good to know:

  • Driver names need to match the driver's full name as it appears in your system. Matching ignores capitalisation and extra spaces, so "chris simon" and "Chris Simon" both find Chris Simon.
  • If a name doesn't match anyone, matches more than one driver, belongs to a driver who is no longer active, or the driver isn't linked to LimoAnywhere yet, the row shows a short note and still imports — without a driver, ready to assign from your dispatch screen as usual. Nothing is held back over a driver name.
  • Drivers appear in the picker after they're set up in LimoAnywhere. If someone is missing from the list, check that their driver record has synced.

Find it under Manifest Upload.

Also new in bulk imports:

  • Trips appear straight away after a Manifest Upload, instead of waiting on the periodic sync.
  • Booked By details come through when your spreadsheet carries a booking email or phone but no name.
  • Drop-off times written in 24-hour form or without a colon are now read consistently.

A Printable Itinerary Layout for Custom Manifests — Plus

Publish a custom manifest as a day-by-day itinerary instead of the classic table — a cleaner document to send to a group organiser or corporate client.

  • Trips grouped by day on a timeline, sized for printing or sending as a PDF.
  • Six font pairings to choose from.
  • Your own day-of support message and contact numbers in the footer.
  • Scheduled drop-off time and trip duration are available as columns, which is handy on hourly and as-directed bookings.
  • The columns you have switched on still apply. Turn off Passengers or Trip Total and they stay off on the itinerary too.
  • Your manifest header colour carries through as the accent colour on the page.

Find it under Custom Manifests, on the Layout setting when creating or editing a manifest.

Also new on manifests:

  • Cards or grid on a phone or tablet — tap the Cards / Grid switch above the list, and your choice is remembered on that device.
  • Manifest reports have a refreshed look with roomier rows and easier-to-scan columns, and the card view now covers tablets and landscape phones as well as mobile.
  • Vehicle details on affiliate trips, so the Vehicle column stays filled in whether a trip runs in-house or with a partner.

More Trip Details on the Modern Booking Form — LQC

The Horizontal (Modern) booking form can now ask for a few more things about the trip, and show the route on a map from the moment the page opens. Every one of these is optional and off by default — your form looks exactly as it does today until you switch one on.

What you get:

  • Kids and bags. Add a kids count and a bag count alongside the passenger count. Both are saved with the trip so your team can see them when they pick a vehicle. Kids are included in the passenger total when sizing the vehicle, so a booking for two adults and two children is quoted for four seats. You can rename either field — "Children" and "Luggage" instead of "Kids" and "Bags", for example.
  • Add Stop. Let a guest add stops between the pickup and the drop off. Stops appear on the map in order, are included in the price, and the estimated drop-off time is extended to allow for them. Available on both Transfer and Hourly bookings.
  • A map that is there from the start. The route map can stay on screen as soon as the form loads, opening on your own service area, rather than appearing once the first address is chosen.
  • Light or dark map. Choose the basemap that suits your website. Dark stays the default, so nothing changes unless you switch it.
  • A smoother route preview. The map now draws the driving route as soon as both addresses are chosen, and updates as stops are added or removed.

Good to know:

  • Nothing changes on an existing form until you turn one of these on.
  • The map opening view uses the Pick Up location biasing latitude and longitude on the same settings page, so set those first if you want the map visible from the start.
  • Whether kids or bags change a price depends on your own rates — by default they are recorded for your team rather than priced.

Find these under Lead Forms > Horizontal (Modern) Form Settings.

Hand Your Booking Form's Styling to a Developer or an AI Assistant — All Tiers

Your booking forms can now be styled by someone outside your account — a web developer, or an AI assistant — without a login.

  • Share a private link from System Settings > CSS. It carries a complete guide, a live preview, and nothing appears on your site until it is saved.
  • A matching link for your form's follow-along behaviour. Under Lead Quote Close > Lead Forms, open a form configuration and switch on External Access. Your quote form can then follow visitors as they browse your site, showing the vehicle and service type they are looking at.
  • The Embeds page now shows a couple of optional lines you can add to your website so your booking form starts loading sooner.

Choose the Trip Type for Network Bookings — All Tiers

Trips that reach you from GroundXchange, GroundSpan or Holiday Taxis arrive in LimoAnywhere as In-House. If you schedule messages by trip type, you can now have that work counted as Farm-In instead, so the right messages go out on it.

  • Set it per network, so you can treat GroundXchange one way and Holiday Taxis another.
  • In-House stays the default everywhere — nothing changes until you choose otherwise.
  • It applies to newly arriving bookings, so any trip you have already re-typed by hand in LimoAnywhere keeps the type you gave it.

Find it under Partner Connectivity, on the page for whichever network you use: Partner Connectivity > GroundXchange ("Trip Type for Inbound Reservations"), Partner Connectivity > GroundSpan or Partner Connectivity > Holiday Taxis ("Bring trips in as Farm-In").

Plain-English Trip Statuses for People Outside Your Company — All Tiers

You can now give any trip status a separate name for people outside your company — set it under Resources > Statuses. Useful if your team uses internal shorthand: your dispatchers keep seeing your own status names, while affiliate drivers and account contacts see wording they will recognize.

  • The Trip Statuses page has also been polished — the table is easier to read and scrolls properly on narrower screens, and the GNet column appears only when GNet is turned on.

Text Messaging

Quo as a Messaging Provider — A La Carte | Plus

You can now connect an existing Quo account to send and receive text messages. Find it under Messaging Manager.

  • Pick which of your Quo numbers to send from, from a dropdown of the numbers on your account.
  • Setting up text messaging is a little smoother throughout — if you already have an account with a messaging provider, you can go straight to entering your details.

Messaging Manager Works With Zapier — A La Carte

Handy if the service you text from doesn't connect to us directly. Paste your Zap's webhook link into your Messaging Manager settings and it can send and receive messages for you.

Also new in messaging

  • Alphanumeric Sender IDs — if your provider has approved a sender name for your company, enter it as your default sender or against a specific country and it is used as-is.
  • Messaging Service SID for Twilio users, letting Twilio choose the best sending number for each recipient's country.
  • Delivery status per message, so the Messaging screens can show whether a text reached the handset rather than only that it was sent.
  • Text message search now recognises phone numbers typed in any of the usual formats.
  • Replies stay on the right number. Replies in a conversation now always go out from the number the conversation is already on — a refinement for the few accounts set up with more than one messaging provider.

Worth Knowing: Hold Messages With Missing Driver Details — All Tiers

This one has been available for a while and is easy to miss, so it's worth calling out here.

Automated messages that include the driver's name or phone can go out before dispatch has filled those details in, leaving the passenger with a gap where the driver should be — "Your driver can be reached at ." Switch this on and any message that references driver details is held back until they're there, then sent as normal.

  • Only the messages that need it are held. A message is held only when its template actually asks for driver details and those details are still blank. Templates that don't mention the driver are never affected.
  • Farm-outs are understood. On a trip covered by an affiliate, the affiliate's driver is the one that matters and the in-house driver slot is legitimately empty — so those trips are judged on the affiliate driver instead, and a perfectly good farm-out is never held back.
  • Nothing is lost. A held message goes out on its own as soon as the driver details are in place.
  • Off unless you turn it on, so nothing about your current messages changes until you do.

Find it under Messaging Manager > Gear Icon > I know what I'm doing button as "Hold messages with missing driver details". It covers automated emails as well as texts.

Pricing and Quoting

  • Round-trip turnaround pricing — a new pricing rule based on how long the gap is between the two legs of a round trip, so you can price a quick turnaround differently from an overnight one.
  • Per-zone line item prices — a tax or fee can be one amount on one zone-to-zone route and another elsewhere, or left to follow the line item's own price as it always has. Negative amounts are accepted for a discount.
  • Zone rate sheet downloads carry your line items, one column each, so your selections and amounts come straight back when you re-upload the sheet.
  • Zone rate sheet uploads are checked as a whole before anything is applied — if a row needs attention we point out which one and leave your existing rates exactly as they are.
  • Percentages including fees on zone rates — percentage-based line items can now be calculated from the full price including fees, the same way percentages already work on regular rate sheets. Find it under Lead Dashboard > Settings > System as "Zone Rate Percentages Include Fees". It's off by default.
  • Line items from the zone screen — attach a line item directly where you are working, as well as from the line item screen.
  • Rate sheet selection is smoother — choosing a rate sheet on a pricing rule now selects that vehicle category automatically, with a gentle reminder to apply your changes.
  • Account-level price adjustments carry through to the trip total and the reservation, so a contracted account rate applies consistently everywhere.
  • Refined multi-vehicle quoting, so each vehicle reflects its own rate for more consistent results, along with a small enhancement to promo code discounts and invoice totals on multi-vehicle quotes.
  • Better vehicle availability on multi-vehicle leads — trips with enough turnaround time between them now show as available.
  • Rules built with "any of" selection factors now save and apply correctly, and rate sheet rules listing several days or service types apply to every option in the list, matching how the rule reads in the editor.

Drivers and Dispatch

  • Self-dispatch fares up front — drivers can enter the fare right away instead of waiting for a price to be worked out first, and are told immediately if they are not clocked into a car, with a quick way to choose one.
  • A faster driver booking screen on a phone, with far less to download before a driver can start entering a trip.
  • A smoother Trip Grab — the available trips list loads faster and claiming a trip is smoother.
  • A more reliable driver app menu — it now opens dependably for drivers with just a single app assigned, and only shows apps that are currently active.
  • Post-trip inspections save reliably when opened straight from the driver app.
  • Local-time rule variables — new local-time versions of the pickup and drop-off variables, so companies operating across more than one timezone can show each trip's time as it reads at that location. Existing messages are unchanged.
  • Complete routes on trip notification emails, including any stops added or changed after the booking was made.

Accounting and Reporting

  • Refresh an invoice before it goes to QuickBooks, so a total that was still being finalised when the invoice was raised can be brought up to date first.
  • Tax rates on international QuickBooks invoices carry across more consistently, including when a batch is sent at once.
  • QuickBooks settings save exactly as you set them, including when the page is opened from inside the LimoAnywhere interface.
  • A richer Lead Export — the page the lead arrived from, the lead source, and the advertising campaign information for Google, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest and ChatGPT. Column headings are spelled out in full and the file lines up more neatly in a spreadsheet. Use the "download records" link at the bottom of your Leads list.
  • Port Authority report — a clearly labelled Driver Name column and a Num Pax column in the CSV, and JFK, LGA and EWR trips are now matched consistently regardless of how each airport's address details happen to be stored. If you've generated this report recently, it's worth running it again.
  • Fuel type on vehicle categories, alongside the existing MPG figures — handy for carbon reporting, and shared with booking partners who ask whether a vehicle is hybrid or electric.

Speed

A round of work went into the queries behind the busiest screens. On large accounts you should notice:

  • Quotes and vehicle availability checks return faster.
  • Customer profiles and the dashboard open more quickly on accounts with a large email and message history.
  • Passenger trip links, driver status and survey pages respond faster on long-established accounts.
  • Saved locations and pickup points look up faster on accounts with a large location history.
  • Shortened links redirect more quickly on accounts with a long history of generated links.
  • Saving Passenger UI settings is much faster for companies with a large account list.
  • The recent-quotes list in the rules template editor loads faster and now shows each quote's actual pickup date.
  • The chat window opens noticeably faster on your website — it only loads what it needs rather than the full application, cutting about two thirds of its startup weight.
  • Quotes with several vehicles or a return trip come back a little quicker.

Chat Assistant

  • Upgraded to a newer, more capable AI model. In our testing it understands and responds correctly far more often, so conversations reach a quote with fewer misunderstandings along the way.
  • Better airline and flight handling — it recognizes more of the ways people write airline names, including names of more than one word and carriers beyond the standard list. If an airline still cannot be matched, the booking carries on without flight details rather than pausing.
  • Round trips are smoother — when a customer confirms the return drop-off is the same place they were originally picked up, it is carried over for them automatically.
  • Steadier replies in a few uncommon situations.

Refinements

Booking and portals

  • Bookings involving an airport pickup or drop-off go through more smoothly in a few uncommon cases where the saved location details were incomplete.
  • Booking portal submissions keep their pickup and drop-off details reliably when a booking is sent more than once, so quotes reflect the full route.
  • Bookings now complete on portals that do not ask the passenger to choose a vehicle type.
  • Booking pages no longer show an empty "Upgrades" step — it appears only when there are upgrades to choose from.
  • Deposits paid during online booking now show on the reservation right away, and the card used is saved to the reservation in LimoAnywhere so the booking arrives with the card already on it.
  • Billing zip and postal code entry is a little smarter — if what you type does not look like a postal code we mention it while you are still on the page, rather than letting the payment attempt run into trouble later. International formats are all still accepted.
  • The embedded quote form sizes itself better on your website, stays fully visible even where other scripts on the page interfere, and handles unusual characters in web page addresses more smoothly.

Airlines and flights

  • More airlines to choose from when booking airport trips, including a range of Middle East and South Asian carriers.
  • Etihad Airways' airline details were refined so flight tracking lines up more consistently.
  • Breeze Airways now appears under code MX in the booking portal airline list, replacing an airline that no longer operates.

Leads and quotes

  • Quote Expires emails can use Template Filters, so a different email can go out depending on the occasion or service type. Find it under Lead Quote Close > Settings, on the Quote Expires Email tab.
  • Leads that have already been booked can no longer be moved to Lost, so a booked trip stays visible in your lead list — including when an older quote email is opened again later.

Partners and networks

  • Trips farmed out to an affiliate are only sent over GNet once the farm-out has actually been completed, so an affiliate no longer receives a trip while it is still being set up.
  • Farm-outs on trips booked without a specific pickup or drop-off address pass through to your affiliate network more consistently.
  • When a booking has an agent attached, their commission goes across to LimoAnywhere with them, so it no longer needs to be filled in by hand on each reservation.

People and data

  • Passengers and customers are matched more accurately when trips sync from LimoAnywhere, so regular travellers are recognised and reused rather than appearing more than once. This mainly affects passengers with no email or phone on file.
  • Phone numbers with an international dialling code save exactly as they are entered, so contacts outside the US no longer need re-typing.
  • The Look-up or Add Address tool keeps the name you searched for in the Name field when you add a plain street address, so it lines up with your spreadsheet without retyping. Named places such as hotels and airports are unchanged.
  • Passenger Link keeps your driver, vehicle and account selections exactly as you set them — including for drivers who are temporarily inactive, and for accounts that share an account number.

Communications and settings

  • Communication routing policies can use a fixed phone number or address instead of a variable. Tick "This is a fixed value" beside the field and the policy uses exactly what you typed. Existing policies keep working as before, and the policy list now shows when a value is not yet in use.
  • Screen Pop settings apply right away when a user's channels are cleared, and changes to call pops leave a user's SMS pops exactly as you have them set. The Screen Pop set-up guide has been brought up to date for the Chrome Extension, and now links instructions for every phone type we support, including Grandstream, RingCentral Messenger and custom phone systems.
  • Email delivery is more consistent — emojis and accented characters in a notification's "From Name" are adjusted automatically so mail providers always accept the sender name. Emojis in subject lines are unaffected and continue to work as before.
  • Compliance document reminders apply a change to the "days before" timing right away.
