This release brings a rebuilt Holiday Taxis booking queue that alerts your dispatch team when a booking needs a person, a My Wake-Ups app for chauffeurs, Auto Farm offers sent straight over GroundXchange, two new reports for vehicle use and driver expirations, more ways to tailor a Custom Manifest, and rate sheets that price hourly and point-to-point trips side by side. Alongside those, dozens of refinements across QuickBooks, time clock and hours of service, compliance, text messaging and invoices. Changes are grouped by product, so you can go straight to the ones you use.

Highlights

  • Holiday Taxis Bookings, Hands-Off — Full trip detail in the queue, an alert to dispatch when a booking needs a person, and automatic acceptance only as far ahead as you choose
  • My Wake-Ups App for Chauffeurs — Chauffeurs see their own wake-up times and, when you allow it, set where they are starting from while away at an event
  • Auto Farm Over GroundXchange — Offers go to your GroundXchange partners directly, and a trip handed back moves to the next partner automatically
  • Vehicle Use Outside Trips — See when company vehicles were driven with no trip, with a map of each drive and an optional weekly summary to Teams or Slack
  • Driver Expirations Report — Every license, badge and compliance expiry date in one list, soonest first
  • More Ways to Tailor a Custom Manifest — Whole-day ranges, any-stop address matching, stop notes, auto-refresh and new columns
  • Hourly and Point-to-Point on One Rate Sheet — Hourly services priced by the hour, everything else by distance

Lead Quote Close — A La Carte

Hourly and Point-to-Point Rates on One Rate Sheet

A rate sheet's Pricing Type Override has a new choice, By Service Type. Hourly service types are priced by the hour and every other trip by distance, all from the same rate sheet. A vehicle no longer needs a separate hourly sheet, or a pricing rule for hourly services, to price both kinds of trip.

Find it on any rate sheet under Vehicles > Rates, in Pricing Type Override.

Highlight Your Most Popular Trip Type

Quote forms that show trip types as tiles have three new options, each set per form:

  • A "Most Popular" ribbon on the trip type most people book. Use your own wording if you prefer.
  • No Add Stop on direct transfers — name the trip types that are a straight pick-up to drop-off, and the Add Stop option does not appear for them.
  • Estimated Service End — a full-day hire now shows its service end time rather than an estimated drop-off.

Find them under Lead Quote Close > Capture > Lead Forms.

Show the Travel Time You Charge in Dispatch Notes

If your hourly rates charge for the drive to the pickup and back, the dispatch notes sent to Limo Anywhere can now show that travel time on every booked hourly quote: the drive to the pickup, the minutes you include free, the client's booked time, the drive back and the total billable hours. Use the ready-made breakdown or write your own wording with the travel-time variables.

Set it up under Lead Quote Close > Settings, in "Dispatch Notes Sent to Limo Anywhere (Travel Time)".

More Lead Quote Close Improvements

  • Account contacts fill in for you — choosing an existing account when you add a new lead fills in the billing contact's name, phone and email, and links the lead to that account's existing contact. Anything you have already typed is kept. (Lead Quote Close > Leads > Add New Lead)
  • Website chat shows your vehicles by their full names in vehicle choices and trip summaries.
  • Lead form headers, footers and wrapper HTML keep all of their text, links, images, styling and embedded videos, and a message now names any field where something was left out on save. For website tracking, use the Google Tag Manager setting on the Analytics tab of Lead Forms.

Custom Manifests — Plus

Whole Days and Any-Stop Address Matching

  • Whole days — a rolling manifest can count its range from midnight, so "today only" or "yesterday through the next 30 days" means whole days rather than a window that moves with the clock.
  • Match any stop — the address filter can match any stop on a trip, including place names such as a hotel or venue, so a manifest for an event venue also lists the trips going to it.
  • The date range at the top of a manifest shows your local dates.

New Display Options

  • Stop notes — show the notes entered on each pickup, stop and drop-off right under that stop.
  • Hide farm-out driver phone numbers so your client calls you.
  • Live map pins only while a trip is under way.
  • "Current as of" line with a refresh link, plus automatic refresh for a manifest left open on a screen.
  • Support contacts at the bottom of the grid layout.
  • New columns — Spot Time, Passenger Phone and Billing Account.

Find all of these when you create or edit a manifest under Cust Manifest.

Driver Wake-Ups — Plus

My Wake-Ups App for Chauffeurs

A new My Wake-Ups app in Driver Anywhere shows each chauffeur their next few trips, with the time to start getting ready and when the wake-up text, call and leave-home check will come — the same times your wake-up calls use.

When you allow it, a chauffeur staying away for an event can set where they are starting from — their current location, "with my vehicle", or a hotel they search for — until a date they choose, up to 14 days. Their wake-up and drive times update straight away, and their address in Limo Anywhere is never changed.

  • To give the app to every chauffeur with wake-ups, open Tools > Features > Driver Wakeup and use Drivers' Own Location. New chauffeurs get it automatically.
  • To manage one chauffeur's link — create, share by QR code or text message, or revoke — use My Wake-Ups in the Installable Applications list.
  • Chauffeurs see a short note on how to let the office know when they are staying somewhere else, and a clear note when their address details are missing.

Temporary Locations for Chauffeurs Away at an Event

Give a chauffeur a temporary location, like their hotel, on the employee page with an end date. Their wake-ups and drive times are worked out from there, and they go back to their home address automatically when it ends.

More Wake-Up Improvements

  • Changing a chauffeur's home address or company location updates the drive times of their upcoming trips straight away.
  • The Wake-Up Details button on a trip opens the details directly, including for late-evening trips.
  • Small polish to the driver wake-up confirmation page, which now shows a clear message when a link can't be used.

Auto Farm — Black

Send Trips to Your GroundXchange Partners Directly

Auto Affiliate now offers trips to partners you work with on GroundXchange straight over GroundXchange, instead of by email. The partner's answer comes back right away, and if a partner later hands a trip back, Auto Affiliate offers it to the next partner on your list for you.

Partners Can Enter Their Own Confirmation Number and Price

Partners who answer by email or text can now enter their own confirmation number and total price when they accept an offer. Choose Nothing, Optional or Required on the Auto Affiliate page, and a different choice for any partner on their own page. With Optional, partners can still accept in one click.

  • Both values land on the reservation in Limo Anywhere.
  • You get an email if a partner's total is above the price offered.
  • With bidding, the winning bid's amount is placed on the reservation for you.

Ask Partners for Driver Details Ahead of Each Trip

Have partners asked for their driver details ahead of each farmed-out trip — for example 24 hours before pickup, and once more 2 hours before if the details are still missing. Find it under Auto Affiliate settings.

Auto Affiliate Emails Are Now Templates

Auto Affiliate emails now live in your Email Templates library. Pick a default for each one, and give any partner its own — a meet & greet request for your greeter companies, for example. Your current wording carries over unchanged.

More Auto Farm Improvements

  • On the Affiliates zone map, choosing a zone brings its affiliate and vehicle category details into view automatically — handy on smaller laptop screens.
  • Registering a new affiliate is now reserved for administrators.

Dispatch Map and GPS Tracking — Black

New Report: Vehicle Use Outside Trips

The new Vehicle Use Outside Trips report compares each GPS-tracked vehicle with its booked trips and shows the driving no trip explains — when, how far, how long, whether it was at night, and who was driving. It also lists trips that ran in a different vehicle than the one booked, and vehicles that spent the night somewhere other than your garage, the driver's home or their usual spot.

  • Drives to and from trips, between your locations and the driver's home, and nights away on a job are left out, so what remains is worth a look.
  • Click any drive to see it on a map.
  • Post a weekly summary to a Teams or Slack channel. Driver names stay out of the post unless you choose to include them.

Find it under Reports > Vehicle Use Outside Trips (administrators, or roles given the new permission).

Engine and Speed Data From More GPS Providers

GPS tracking for Motive, Azuga and FleetComplete vehicles now also records whether the engine is on or off, along with vehicle speed.

Partner Connectivity: Holiday Taxis — A La Carte

Everything About a Booking in the Queue

The Holiday Taxis booking queue now shows each trip in full: the pickup time in local time, both ends (flight and its time, hotel and address, cruise ship), passengers, child seats, what Holiday Taxis pay, and a link to Holiday Taxis' own notes. Every trip opens straight in Limo Anywhere by its confirmation number.

  • Fetch upcoming bookings brings in bookings you already had with Holiday Taxis and checks them against trips you have already entered.
  • Choose the arrival status for new trips, with a separate status for pickups less than a set number of hours away (24 by default) so dispatch sees them right away.
  • Tailor-made bookings now come in with their pickup and drop-off addresses and the traveller's own note, so they can be accepted like any other booking.

Alerts When a Booking Needs a Person

When bookings are accepted automatically, you no longer need to watch the queue. If a booking needs a person — it looks like a trip you already entered, a vehicle or child seat needs mapping, it could not be created, Holiday Taxis changed it, or they cancelled a trip already under way — your dispatch team is told once, by email and in the Limo Anywhere notification bell. You are also told if Holiday Taxis can't be reached, a booking they list can't be received, or they don't accept your driver details.

Add your dispatch email under Partner Connectivity > Holiday Taxis > Queue alerts.

Accept Only as Far Ahead as You Choose

Choose how far ahead bookings are accepted automatically — for example only when pickup is within 90 days. Bookings further out wait in the queue at no charge and are accepted once they come into range, so far-ahead bookings that are later cancelled never become trips.

More Holiday Taxis Improvements

  • Matching suggests only trips billed to Holiday Taxis, or ones carrying the Holiday Taxis reference.
  • A booking linked to the wrong trip can be unlinked from the Accepted tab, and a suggested match can be set aside.
  • On the Disagreements tab, link a booking to your trip right where you resolved the difference. Trips you have already removed in Limo Anywhere no longer appear there.
  • Child seats are always confirmed before a trip is created.

Time Clock and Hours of Service — Plus

  • Time clock and hours of service stay in step — the new Driver Status as Auto Time Clock option sits next to Time Clock as Auto HOS Status under Company Locations.
  • Local time — driver hours for dispatch and hours of service are counted in each driver's own local time, and a shift that runs past midnight counts as one shift.
  • Choose what counts toward overtime — trip status taps or the driver's on/off duty status, under Payroll > Native Payroll > Settings.
  • Smoother saving of employee shift schedules when you schedule several employees at once.

Compliance Management — Plus

New Report: Driver Expirations

See every driver's TLC license, driver's license, badge and dated compliance items in one list, soonest expiry first. Anything already expired is marked in red, and anything due in the next 30 days in yellow, so you can get renewals in before they lapse. Narrow the list to the drivers who need attention, and export it to CSV, Excel or PDF.

Find it under Compliance > Reports, next to Vehicle Expirations.

Compliance Reminders Send From Your Own Address

Compliance reminders for affiliates, drivers and vehicles now send from your company's default email address, and office alerts go to your company's main email address. Saving compliance rules is smoother too: rules that run on the same day save as expected, and a driver text message step can be left without a phone number to keep it switched off.

Communications

See When an Email Wasn't Sent, and Why — All Tiers

Your email history now tells you when an email could not go out, and why — for example when an automated email has no subject or message filled in, or your outgoing email settings are incomplete. Look for Not sent on a customer's Emails tab, or open the email to see the reason.

Simpler Telnyx Text Messaging Setup — A La Carte

  • Saving your Telnyx details connects incoming text messages automatically — nothing to copy into the Telnyx portal.
  • Pick your number from a list of the numbers in your Telnyx account. If a US number still needs its 10DLC registration, you're told right away.
  • Pictures customers text you are saved and shown as a link in the conversation.
  • Add your Telnyx public key so every incoming message is confirmed as coming from Telnyx.

Find it under Settings > SMS Settings, in the Telnyx section. (Messaging Manager)

More Communications Improvements

  • Calls Screen Pop opens quickly for callers with a long booking history, such as a company switchboard or a front desk that books for many travelers. (Plus)
  • Send test push — a new button on an employee's Devices tab sends a test notification to their registered phones. (All Tiers)

Trips, Accounts and Invoices — All Tiers

  • Round trips — each leg of a round trip or multi-vehicle reservation keeps its own status and confirmation number, including on the Dispatch Monitor.
  • Recent Trips on an account lists the account's latest trips.
  • Booking channel — trips booked through your quote forms, booking portal, shuttle and manifest uploads show which channel they came from in Limo Anywhere.
  • Account names stay consistent when an assistant or booker reserves rides for others under their own account. Each trip still shows the name of the person riding.
  • Faster invoices — invoices open faster, and the invoice list under Reports > Invoices loads faster and shows the company location each invoice was issued from.
  • Signed agreements print neatly on standard letter or A4 paper, with the full agreement across the page and tidier spacing. Open any completed agreement under Contract and Card Capture > Usage and use the print icon. (Plus)

Integrations

QuickBooks — Plus

  • Preview before sending — a new Preview button on the QuickBooks failures list shows exactly what an invoice will look like in QuickBooks — customer, lines, products and totals — before anything is sent.
  • Re-send all to QuickBooks sends everything that didn't arrive in one go, checking QuickBooks first so nothing is sent twice.
  • Payment terms from Limo Anywhere carry over to your QuickBooks invoices when "Send LA Terms to QB" is selected.
  • Product rules by trip type apply in the order shown on the QuickBooks page.
  • The setup wizard turns on syncing at its final step, once your customers and products are mapped.

GroundSpan — A La Carte

  • Corporate bookings link to your existing Limo Anywhere accounts automatically by account number, so contract pricing and direct billing apply with no extra setup.
  • Quote requests that could not be priced show the reason on the lead, so setup gaps such as an unmapped vehicle type are easy to spot.

Shuttle — A La Carte

  • The Passengers tab of a shuttle service opens quickly even with thousands of riders, shows them 100 at a time in last-name order, and its search covers every rider on the service — names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies and booking links.
