Lead Quote Close — A La Carte
Charge Only for Travel Outside Your Service Area
Rate sheets can now price the road distance that falls outside your service area, and nothing else. Draw or pick the area you normally cover, and trips that stay inside it are priced exactly as they are today. When a trip takes a vehicle beyond that area, the extra road distance is charged at a per-mile or per-kilometre rate you set, after a free allowance you choose.
It works from the actual route, not from a fixed garage. For a pickup in a neighbouring town it charges the drive from the edge of your area to the pickup, and the empty return from the drop-off back to the edge - never the same stretch twice. On hourly rate sheets the booked service itself stays priced by the hour; only the two empty legs carry the distance charge. Distance-priced sheets can instead have the whole route clipped, so miles inside your area simply do not count.
Good to know:
- Set it up on any rate sheet under the Legs tab, in the new Service Area Pricing section. Your areas are ordinary zones (polygon, rectangle or group) from Locations > Zones, listed innermost first with a rate for each; a rate of 0 makes an area free. Anything outside every area is priced by the "Everywhere else" row.
- Need concentric areas quickly? Locations > Zones > New has a new "Radius Rings" option that creates circles around a company location or a point in one go.
- An area can also be a radius around a point that is worked out per trip - the pickup airport, the pickup itself, or your nearest location - so one airport rate sheet can serve every airport you fly out of.
- Travel is measured from your service area itself, so no garage is involved unless you choose one. To bill the run from a yard, pick it under Starting Location on the same tab.
- You decide what the booker sees: the charge can be folded into the Base Amount or the Travel Fee with no mention of distance, or shown as its own "Travel outside service area" line.
- The "Test with a real trip" preview on the same tab draws your areas and the route on a map and shows the numbers before you save.
- Every quote explains the charge. The price breakdown shows the distance measured on each leg, which area it fell in and the allowance applied. The quote page's Service Area panel maps your areas and the route, numbers every stop in travel order, draws the free part of the route in green and the billable part in red, and shows the free allowance separately from the billed distance.
- Miles or kilometres. Choose the unit for quoting under Leads > Settings. Changing it does not convert the rates you have already entered, so review your rate sheets after switching.
- While Service Area Pricing is on, the older "price start to pick-up by distance" legs on that sheet are ignored; time-based legs still apply.
Find it under Vehicles > Vehicle Categories > Rate Sheets, on a rate sheet's Legs tab.
Group Your Vehicles So Customers Pick a Type, Not a Model
If you run several vehicles of the same kind - five sizes of party bus, three stretch limos - your booking form has had to list every one of them. You can now give those vehicles a shared Vehicle Group such as "Party Buses", and customers choose the group instead of scrolling a long list.
Once they pick a group, the next step shows every vehicle in it with its own price, photo and seat count, so nothing is hidden - the long list simply moves to where it is useful, after the customer has told you what kind of vehicle they want.
Good to know:
- Set the group on each vehicle under Vehicles > Vehicle Categories, in the Vehicle Group box on the General tab. Type the same group name on every vehicle that belongs to it; the box suggests groups you have already used so the names stay consistent.
- Leave the box blank and that vehicle is offered on its own, exactly as it is today. Nothing changes until you start filling it in, and clearing the groups puts everything back.
- Your quote page groups itself automatically once any vehicle has a group, with a heading over each set. You do not have to change your booking form for this part.
- To have the form ask for a group, open your form's settings and set "Ask For" to "A vehicle group". Available on the Contact, Centered and Extras form styles. A form can also be set to offer only the groups you have set up.
- A group holding only one vehicle takes the customer straight to that vehicle's price, as before.
Find it under Vehicles > Vehicle Categories.
A Tap-First Quote Form
The Horizontal (Modern) quote form picked up a set of options built for customers booking on a phone. Every one is optional - your form looks exactly as it does today until you switch one on.
Choosing the trip:
- Occasion tiles and vehicle photo cards - show the occasion as tappable icon tiles and vehicle choices as photo cards.
- Service type tiles - offer your service types as tiles in place of the Transfer / Hourly switch, with the hours question shown only for your hourly services.
- Your own order - drag your occasions and service types into the order each form shows them.
- Vehicle Types to Show in List - offer just part of your fleet on a form.
- Require a Vehicle Choice - remove the "Any vehicle" option so every request names a vehicle.
- Estimated drop-off - show an estimated drop-off time right under the pickup date and time.
- Time steps - offer pick-up times in whole, half or quarter hours, and hourly service in half or quarter hours.
Laying out the form:
- Field order and rows - put the form's fields in whatever order suits you and group them into rows, with an optional heading on each row. Leave it blank and the form looks exactly as it does today.
- Contact details field by field - show a field, make it required, or leave it out entirely, so you can ask for a phone number and skip the email, or require a name.
- Contact details on the form itself - collect name and contact details on the first step rather than the following one, ask for a vehicle type, or leave out the passenger count if you would rather customers pick a vehicle instead.
Faster to fill in:
- Contact details fill in from what the customer's browser has already saved, and phone and email fields bring up the right keyboard on a phone.
- The vehicle list shows just the type of vehicle the customer asked for, and they can switch type from the Edit panel without starting again.
- The price-breakdown question mark and vehicle photos open right where they were tapped, sized to fit the screen, and close with a tap outside.
Find these under Lead Quote Close > Lead Forms, in the Horizontal (Modern) form settings.
Round Trips and Multi-Day Hires on the Quote Form
The Horizontal (Modern) quote form can now take a round trip or a multi-day hire as a single request, so a night out, an out-and-back with a different return route, or a four-day hire no longer has to be squeezed into a one-way form. As before, nothing changes on your form until you set it up.
Round trips:
- A Round Trip service type shows both journeys on one form. Pick which of your service types is the round trip under "Round Trip Service Type", and choosing that tile brings up the return leg.
- Each leg has its own pick up, drop off, stops, date and time. Turn on "Return Trip: Own Addresses" and a night out - home to dinner, then the club back home - is quoted the way it is really driven.
- Less to type. The return starts out as the first leg in reverse and its date follows the first leg's date, so customers change only what is different. The return time is left for them to choose.
- Each leg shows its own journey time on the vehicle list, including any stops, and the return shows in the local time of its pick up.
Multi-day hires:
- Choose your day-rate service type under "Day Rate Service Type", and selecting it asks for the date and time the hire ends, so a longer booking is priced for its full length.
- The end has to be after the start before the request goes through.
More choices for the form:
- Trip Details box - customers can describe an itinerary, luggage or event details in their own words, and it arrives with the lead as its notes. Turn on "Trip Details / Special Requests Box".
- Date and time cards - show the pick up date and time as tappable cards with an icon, matching the occasion and vehicle tiles. It covers the trip duration and the return date and time as well. Set "Pick Up Date / Time Style" to Cards.
- Service type descriptions - when a customer picks a service type tile, the description you have written for that service type appears just below the tiles.
- Start with no trip type chosen - set "Default Service Tab to Show" to the new no-default option and the customer picks a trip type rather than the form picking for them. Forms that open on Hourly now show the Hourly tile highlighted from the start.
- Times start blank - pick up, return and hire-end times no longer start pre-filled, so the times on a booking are always ones the customer chose.
- A clearer Field Order setting - the rules are explained right on the page, each field name can be clicked to add it, and a live summary shows the rows exactly as they will appear.
- Vehicle group tiles show the group name and photo on their own, for a cleaner, more consistent look across the whole set.
- Layout polish - the return trip section lays out properly at every screen size, trip type tiles sit two by two on a phone to match the vehicle choices, and rows with several fields wrap neatly on narrow screens.
Find these under Lead Quote Close > Capture > Lead Forms, in the Horizontal (Modern) form settings.
"Next Available" Time on Sold-Out Vehicles
When a vehicle is sold out at the time a customer asked for, the vehicle list can now show the next later pickup time it can be booked - for example "Next Available: 5:30 PM". Most customers have a little flexibility, so a trip that would have been a phone call or a waitlist request can book itself.
- Turn it on per form: open the configuration on the Lead Form Configurations page and tick "Show Next Available on Sold Out Vehicles".
- The suggested time respects your vehicle padding and every auto-quote blocking rule you have set up (for example "no bookings 3am-6am" or a minimum notice), so it never suggests a time you would not accept.
- Clicking it opens the Edit panel with that time filled in; the customer presses Update to see prices for the new time.
- By default it looks up to 3 hours later, in the same time steps your form offers. Both the search window and the label text can be changed on the same configuration.
- Shown for one-way trips.
Text "Book" to Book
Customers who text your "book" keyword now go straight to a booking page through a short link. This also needs Messaging Manager.
- Customers you know land on their personal booking page.
- Numbers you do not know yet open your online quote form directly.
- Choose the form new customers land on - from the keyword or from "New Reservation" in the customer booking pages - under "Form for New Customers" in Lead Quote Settings > System. The form opens on a page carrying your logo.
- The customer booking pages have a "Book a Ride" button at the top of the Rides list, and the same button with a friendly note when there are no rides in the selected dates.
- Bookings that start from the keyword appear in the Marketing Funnel under "Closed By: SMS keyword".
The response text and its template variables are in your SMS Keyword settings.
See Which Follow-Up Actually Led to the Booking
Your quote follow-up emails and texts (the Touch Point Rules) now report on what happened after they went out: how many were sent, how many the customer actually opened in a browser, how many ended in a booking, and the booked revenue. When a customer books, the booking remembers the last follow-up they clicked before booking, so the credit goes to the message that did the work rather than the first one that went out.
Good to know:
- The Touch Point Rules list (Lead Quote Close > Settings > Touch Point Rules) shows Sent, Visited, Booked and Revenue for the last 30 days beside each rule. Open a rule and the Action History tab lists the most recent sends for each action with the same detail.
- The Marketing Funnel has a new "Closed By" grouping that splits bookings into those closed by a follow-up message, by your staff, by the chatbot, by the SMS keyword, or by customers who booked in their first visit without needing a follow-up.
- The funnel now counts visitors as people rather than page views, shows how many actually saw your form, and separates repeat views, returning visitors and automated assistants from real visits.
- Only messages that contain a booking link (for example the quote link variable) can be measured. A rule without one shows a dash rather than a zero.
- Mail security scanners and phone link previews open links before the customer does. Those are not counted as visits, so the numbers reflect people, not software.
- Touch point filters can now cover several service types at once - one touch point for Weddings, Wine Tours, Concerts and Corporate together, instead of a separate one for each.
Find it under Lead Quote Close > Settings > Touch Point Rules, and under Marketing > Funnel.
One-Time Promo Codes in Follow-Up Messages
Your follow-up emails and texts can now give each customer their own promo code that expires a set time after it is sent, for offers like "use code BOOKNOW-7K3QX in the next 24 hours for $50 off."
- Set it up once - on the Promo Codes page, create or edit a promo, set its amount, trip dates and selection factors as usual, and tick Template for auto-generated codes. Choose how many hours each code lasts (24 by default).
- Add it to a message - the promo's edit page shows the tag to use, such as
%GENERATE-PROMO-CODE-12%. Put it in any follow-up email or text, and add%GENERATED-PROMO-EXPIRES%to show the expiry date and time. - One code per customer - each message gets a new code that can be used once, so codes can't be shared around. The template's own code never works on its own.
- Track results - the Promo Codes list shows how many codes each template has sent and how many were used.
Promo Codes for the Customers You Choose
Promo codes can now be aimed at two more kinds of customer.
- First-time customers - a code can be limited to customers who have not booked with you before.
- Everyone from one company - a code can be limited to customers whose email ends in that company's domain, for example everyone at acme.com.
- Promo codes now follow their dates and customer rules on instant quotes too, and online bookings count toward a code's usage limit.
- Changing promo codes now has its own permission - find it under Promo codes when editing a role. Administrators already have it.
Find promo codes under Lead Quote Close > Promo Codes.
Quote a Lead With an Account Group's Pricing
When an affiliate (or any client) calls in before they have an account, you can still quote them at the right rates. On Leads > Add New Lead, pick a group under Price As Account Group and the quote uses that group's pricing - its group rates and any rate sheet chosen by an "account group" selection rule - with no account needed. You can also set or change it on any existing lead when editing it.
- Put your affiliate accounts in a group such as "Affiliates" under Accounts > Manage Account Groups, then point your affiliate rate sheets at that group with an Account Group selection rule.
- If a lead also has an account, the group you pick replaces that account's own group for pricing.
- Rate sheet selection rules that use Account Group now match by the group's name, as shown in the rule editor.
Choose What a Percentage Line Item Is Calculated On
Percentage line items such as taxes and service fees can now be told exactly what they are a percentage of. Find it on each line item under Line Items > edit a line item > Percentage of.
- Tax - calculated on the fare and every other charge, including extras the customer adds when booking (child seats, meet & greet, add-ons), but never on another tax or on a gratuity. Two taxes such as GST and QST no longer stack on each other.
- Gratuity - calculated on the base fare plus any line item you mark as a surcharge, never on taxes or other fees, and never taxed.
- Counts as a surcharge - tick this on a fee such as an early-hours charge to include it in the gratuity calculation.
- Line items left on Default work exactly as before.
Garage Out Times on Trips Booked Online
Trips your customers book from a quote can now arrive in Limo Anywhere with the Garage Out time already filled in, so the driver can see what time to leave the yard for the pickup without dispatch working it out by hand.
- The time is the pickup time, less the drive from your garage to the pickup and your spot time - the same "vehicle ready" time our trip timeline already uses.
- It is set once, when the trip is booked. If you later change the pickup time or assign a vehicle based somewhere else, update the Garage Out time in Limo Anywhere as you normally would.
- It is off until you turn it on, so nothing changes on your trips until you choose to use it.
Find it under Lead Quote Close > Settings > System Settings: "Send the Garage Out Time When Sending Trips to Limo Anywhere".
The Embeds Page Now Tells You If Your Form Will Show
Each embed on the Embeds page now has a Status column that tells you whether your booking form will actually appear on that page of your website - and if not, exactly why and what to change.
- Type your page address the easy way -
yourcompany.com/book- and it is saved in the full form the embed needs (https://yourcompany.com/book). - To show the form on every page of your site, end the address with
*, for examplehttps://yourcompany.com/*. - The page reminds you when your website still needs to be added to Whitelisted Hosts (Lead Quote Close > Settings > System Settings). Website addresses there are now accepted with or without
https://and in any capitalization.
Find it under Lead Quote Close > Embeds.
Vehicle Photos Load Faster on Your Booking Form
Photos you upload for a vehicle category are now automatically resized, so your booking form, quotes and quote emails load quickly on phones.
- Upload any photo, including one straight from your phone. It is resized for you, keeps its orientation, and a cut-out vehicle on a clear background stays clear.
- Photos you uploaded before this are not changed.
Find it under Vehicles > Vehicle Categories - open a category and upload its photo as usual.
More Lead Quote Close Improvements
Quote forms
- Hide the logo bar on booking links we text or email for you, per lead form configuration.
- Booking links sent by text show the top of the form fully below your logo bar.
- Embedded forms load faster on your website on every visit, and do less behind the scenes on your visitors' devices.
- Flight lists follow the airport's local day, so the flights offered line up with the selected date. Most noticeable on evening flights.
- Quote forms with a custom header scroll and size correctly on iPhones.
- Photo-card quote forms load more smoothly on desktop computers.
- Lead form configurations keep their custom header and footer text reliably when you edit and save them.
- Airport bookings made through your online forms pass to your reservations more smoothly when a specific terminal is chosen.
- Addresses such as hotels and venues near an airport keep their correct type when booked through your online forms.
- Avelo Airlines and Discover Airlines are now in the airline list for airport transfers.
- Thank-you pages (Request Pricing, Send Me a Quote and similar) never show a template tag you left unfilled, and their message box can be styled with your Custom CSS without changing the quote page.
Customer booking pages
- Use your own Custom CSS on the customer booking pages (My Rides, sign-in and registration) - choose it under Lead Quote Settings > Booking App > Custom CSS.
- The booking pages resize smoothly when opened from a booking form embedded on your website.
Checkout
- Booking progress bar - your booking pages can show a progress bar so customers can see how far along they are and jump back to an earlier part. Switch it on or off per configuration under Confirmation & Card Capture. (Contract & Card Capture, Plus)
- Card numbers typed with spaces, just as printed on the card, are accepted, and a mistyped number is flagged right away so it can be corrected before booking.
- Billing addresses typed by hand (like a P.O. Box) are handled more gracefully, and if a card needs a short pause before retrying, the page says how long and shows your phone number.
- Billing country defaults to your own country when a customer leaves it blank, instead of always the United States.
- Checkout on phones - upgrades show two to a row, and checkouts embedded on your website sit closer to the top of the screen.
- Online deposits taken by card flow through to the reservation more smoothly on Stripe-connected accounts, with a single saved card on the trip.
- Booking confirmation emails itemize each child seat, so the cost is shown per seat instead of folded into the total.
- One gratuity per vehicle - when you offer several tip choices, customers pick one of them for each vehicle.
- Add-ons with brackets in their name, such as "Grocery Stop (30 min)", show in the cost breakdown and totals as soon as they are picked.
- The Upgrades step on round trips lays out cleanly on phones.
- A quote submitted twice at the same moment, such as from a double click, becomes a single reservation.
- If a booking is interrupted before it reaches Limo Anywhere, it now appears under Failed Imports so your team can follow up.
- Customer contract details show the scheduled drop-off time, and completing a contract moves the trip to the status you chose for that step more reliably. (Contract & Card Capture, Plus)
Leads and pricing
- Change a lead's Company Location directly from the lead page instead of asking support.
- Promo codes stay applied while you adjust prices or open the price breakdown on a manual quote, and the screen lets you know if a code could not be applied when the quote was saved.
- Promo codes on quotes prepared by your team are applied more consistently when the customer books.
- Promo code usage limits - a code with a limit discounts only as many vehicles as it has uses left.
- Flat-rate garage legs apply on every rate sheet, including sheets with no pricing type set. If you use flat legs, take a look at those sheets' Legs tab. The tab also points out any leg set up to charge nothing, typing a flat rate ticks its box for you, and the price breakdown says plainly when a leg is not charged.
- Vehicle categories can have no default rate sheet - "No Default" is now a choice in the list, on new categories as well as existing ones.
- The Edit Lead link in new quote alert emails opens the lead without an extra sign-in.
- Deposits set on your zone rates are collected consistently on quotes prepared by your team.
- Rate sheet selection rules based on an account group apply more consistently to leads.
- The Lead Quote setup checklist treats Selection Factors as optional - they are only needed when a price should change under certain conditions, such as time of day or date.
- Printed and embedded Lead Quote Close pages show just the page content for a cleaner result.
Website chat assistant and AI replies
- The website chat assistant picks up price questions right away and starts building a quote.
- It also answers quick questions about the trip it is building, like adding a stop or what affects the price, without losing the customer's place in the quote.
- Round-trip quotes in the chat go through smoothly once the customer confirms their trip details.
- When the chat offers to connect the customer with your team, it no longer shows a confusing follow-up note.
- The AI draft review panel shows the quoted prices, the lead and the tools the assistant used, and the lead number links straight to the quote breakdown.
Custom Booking Portals — Plus
Booking Portal Accounts Can Change Their Own Reservations
Booking portals can now let an account change its own upcoming reservations, alongside cancelling, so the front desk no longer has to call you for every small change.
What they can change:
- The vehicle type, service type, pick-up time, duration, number of passengers, passenger name and phone, additional passengers, child seats, greeting sign wording, group name and special instructions.
- The pick-up and drop-off - one of the portal's saved locations or a new address - and any additional stops.
- The airline and flight number, on whichever end of the trip is the airport.
- The PO/Client Ref # and Voucher #.
Good to know:
- Choose exactly which details each portal may change, grouped by Passengers, Trip Details, Route and Notes to match the booking form. Leave them all unticked to allow everything.
- Accounts are only offered the vehicle types and service types that portal already books, and any passenger limit you have set still applies.
- Changing the vehicle type does not alter the price. Changes that affect the job itself, like the vehicle, service type or passenger count, flag the reservation for your team to confirm availability and set the rate. Correcting a name, phone number or note does not, so the flags stay meaningful.
- Every change is emailed to you and added to the reservation's dispatch notes.
- Before saving, the account sees a short summary of what will change and confirms it.
- Changes stop as soon as the chauffeur is on the way.
Cancelling: a portal can also cancel its own reservations, with a reason always required and a confirmation step after it. Set a separate address to receive cancellation notices.
Find it under Features > Custom Booking Portals when editing a portal.
Reference Numbers and a Ready-Made Confirmation Email
- PO/Client Ref # and Voucher # - a portal can ask for either one on the booking form. Choose whether it has to be filled in, and give it your own label and a short hint for whoever is booking. If the room number is already being sent to the same field, the setup screen tells you as you choose and shows how it will look.
- A ready-made confirmation email - leave the template empty and the portal sends a clear, well laid out notice covering the confirmation number, the account and person who booked, the passenger, the pickup and drop-off, the vehicle and service, any references or special requests, and a link to the reservation.
- Start from the standard wording - when setting up a portal's booking or cancellation emails, see the standard wording straight away and load a copy into the editor in one click. Templates you have already written are left exactly as they are.
Find it under Features > Custom Booking Portals when editing a portal.
Set Up a Booking Portal for Your Next Client in Minutes
Once one client's booking portal is working the way you like, you can use it as the starting point for the next one. Pick the portal to start from, enter the new client's name, billing account and first user, and the new portal is ready with the same settings, labels, instructions, saved locations and service types.
Good to know:
- Tick "Use this portal as the starting point for new client portals" on the portal you want to reuse, and it is picked for you each time. Any portal can still be chosen instead.
- Users and billing accounts are never copied from the portal you start from, so a new client only ever sees their own reservations. If an account is already used on another portal, you are asked to confirm that is intended.
- Keep the original logo and header image for now, or start without them and add the new client's branding afterwards.
- A header banner from any photo - pick a photo for the Header Background Image and an editor opens: drag and zoom to choose what shows, darken it so the logo stands out, and see how the header will look on a phone, a laptop and a wide screen before you save. The finished banner is a small, fast-loading file.
- Favicon from the logo - tick "Make the favicon from the logo" and the browser-tab icon is made for you. A symbol or monogram logo works best; a wide wordmark is hard to read that small.
- Need another login for the same client? Open one of their users and choose "Add a User Like This" - it copies that user's settings and billing accounts.
- Setting up and changing booking portals is now limited to administrators.
Find it under Features > Custom Booking Portals - choose Add New Booking Portal and look for "Start a new client from an existing portal", or open any portal and choose New Client From This Portal.
More Booking Portal Improvements
- Live tracking stays in step with dispatch - the portal's tracking map follows the same position as the dispatch screen, and says when the position is coming live from the chauffeur's app rather than the last one recorded.
- Reservation progress follows your dispatch status both ways, so correcting a chauffeur's status back a step is reflected for your customer straight away.
- Exports - export any date range from a portal's trips list, so an account can pull a past month for its own reporting. The export matches the filtered list on screen, returns the whole range, and lets you choose the date format, including formats with a named month that cannot be misread in another region.
- Airport drop-offs no longer need an airline and flight number, useful when bookers often do not have them yet. Airport pick-ups are unchanged. Set it per portal.
- Choose the starting Meet and Greet option, so airport pick-ups can default to meeting the guest inside the terminal.
- Find an airline by its two-letter code (like F9) or its full name (like Frontier Airlines).
- Passenger names - new options decide whether first and last name are required, for accounts that book with a first name only.
- Prices follow your company location's currency, and word currency marks like AED are spaced correctly from the amount. AED, SAR and QAR are available as currency symbols under Settings > System.
- A header photo can stand on its own without a logo over it.
- Phone fields start on your company's country.
- Signing back in after leaving the portal open for a while brings up your portal's own sign-in page.
- Small polish to the header, the route shortcut buttons, the Service Type and Vehicle Type dropdowns, and the Change reservation window, which now scrolls properly on shorter screens with its buttons kept in view.
- The Limo Anywhere Room Field setting now holds when changed on an existing portal, not just when the portal is first set up.
- Verify cards with LA Pay before booking - when your payment gateway is LA Pay, a portal can check and save the booker's card securely before the booking is sent, so a card problem shows straight away and can be fixed on the same page. Tick "Verify Cards with LA Pay Before Booking" on the portal.
- Typed drop-off addresses keep their full city, ZIP and country on portals that do not use a ride type.
- Vouchers - the voucher batch page shows each code's status as a coloured badge, so it is easy to see which codes are available, redeemed, expired or voided.
Custom Manifests — Plus
Show Only the Trips That Matter
Let finished trips drop off. A manifest you share with a client can now clear trips away as the day goes on. Pick the statuses that should take a trip off the page - Done, for example - and each trip disappears from the client's view the moment it reaches one.
- The setting is per manifest, under Filters: "Hide Trips in These Statuses". Hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) to pick more than one.
- Leave every status unpicked and the manifest shows all of them, exactly as it does today.
- Hidden trips also come out of the trip and passenger counts at the top of the itinerary layout, so the totals match what is on the page.
- It works alongside "Show Cancelled Trips?" - if you pick a cancelled status here, it stays hidden.
Show only certain vehicles or services. A shared manifest can now be narrowed to particular vehicle categories or service types - a greeter manifest with only your meet-and-greet bookings, or an arrivals-only sheet for the team at the airport.
- Two new pickers under Filters: "Only These Vehicle Categories" and "Only These Service Types".
- Leave a picker empty and the manifest shows everything, exactly as it does today.
- Once you pick a vehicle category, a trip that has no vehicle category set on its reservation is left out. If a list has to include every booking of a kind, filter by service type instead - that is set on every reservation.
- These work together with your other filters - for example, one account's trips, of one service type only.
Find it under Custom Manifest - open a manifest and look under Filters.
More Manifest Improvements
- The status shown reflects each individual trip, so a reservation with several vehicles shows each one's own progress.
- Phone numbers always show their country code and dial correctly from any phone.
- Clearing the support message at the bottom of a shared itinerary manifest now stays cleared when you save.
Passenger Link — Plus
Passengers Can Now See the Pickup on Their Tracking Map
The passenger tracking map used to show only the vehicle moving around. It now shows the pickup point as well, and frames the map so both are visible - so a passenger can see at a glance roughly how far away their ride is.
- Before pickup, the map shows the vehicle and the pickup location together.
- Once the passenger is on board, it shows where they were collected and where they are heading.
- The map keeps a sensible zoom, so a vehicle that is still a long way out does not shrink everything to dots.
- Nothing to switch on. If a trip has no pickup coordinates on file, the map looks exactly as it did before.
More Passenger Link Improvements
- On trips farmed out through LA Net, Passenger Link shows the affiliate vehicle's licence plate, so passengers know which car to look for.
Dispatch Map and Dispatch Monitor — LA Black
Dispatch Monitor Now Flags Unconfirmed Wake-Ups
The dispatch monitor already warns you about late statuses and trips at risk of spotting late. It now adds a third warning: drivers who have been sent a wake-up call or text and have not confirmed it yet.
- The section only lists drivers whose wake-up has actually gone out, so it stays quiet until then.
- It shows who the driver is, when their pick up is, and whether they were sent a call, a text, or both.
- Each row links straight through to that driver's full wake-up history.
- The warning disappears as soon as the driver confirms - by phone, by replying to the text, through the web link, or by changing their trip status. Any one of them clears it.
Find it on the dispatch monitor, above your monitored trips.
Highlight Your Key Locations on the Dispatch Map
Pick the places that matter most to your operation - a handful of hotel properties, the airports you work out of, a service area - and have them drawn and labelled right on the dispatch map, so a "which vehicle is closest" view is easier to read at a glance.
- Regions you have drawn as zones appear as a shaded, labelled area. Hotels, airports and points of interest appear as a labelled pin, with a plane for airports and a building for properties.
- Nothing appears until you choose something, so your map is unchanged until you set it up. Pick a few rather than everything - a map carrying every zone gets crowded.
- Jump straight to an area. The location picker at the top of the map is now a type-and-find box that includes your service areas and airports alongside your company locations. Picking an area just moves the map; your vehicle and trip list stays exactly as it was.
Find this on Trips > Dispatch Map, under Settings on that page.
More Dispatch Improvements
- The dispatch alert pop-up shows spare time to the spot in minutes with clearer colour highlighting, and the pickup and spot times display as clock times.
Auto Farm — LA Black
Auto Farm Now Offers Trips to Your GNet Partners
Partner companies you work with through GNet can now receive Auto Farm offers over GNet, the same way you farm a trip to them by hand.
- When Auto Farm offers a trip to a GNet partner, the trip shows in Limo Anywhere as farmed out to them straight away.
- If they accept on GNet, the trip stays with them. If they turn it down, or do not answer in time, Auto Farm takes it back and offers it to the next partner.
- If you farm the trip to someone else yourself while the offer is open, your choice wins and the GNet offer is withdrawn.
- Each trip sent through GNet is charged at your usual GNet rate, as when you farm out to GNet by hand.
- A GNet partner needs to be set up as an affiliate in Limo Anywhere; one that is not keeps getting offers by email or text as before.
Trips Booked at a Partner's Price Go to That Partner
When a customer books a price that came from a partner company (for a vehicle or area you do not price yourself), Auto Farm now offers that trip to the same partner, so the trip goes to the company whose price the customer accepted.
- If that partner does not take the trip, Auto Farm stops and emails you by default, because another partner's price is not known. You can choose to have it offered to the next partner instead.
- If sending a booking to the partner does not go through, you now get an email so you can farm it out by hand.
- Find the choice under Auto Farm > Trips Booked at an Affiliate's Price.
More Auto Farm Improvements
- Auto Farm now quietly skips trips in areas where you have not set up any affiliates, so you only hear about the ones it genuinely could not cover.
Drivers and Vehicles
Get an Email When a Driver Declines a Trip — All Tiers
When a driver declines an assigned trip in the driver app, your office can now be emailed straight away so the trip gets reassigned without anyone having to notice it in dispatch.
- A ready-made notification is already set up for you, with the confirmation number, pickup date and time, service type, passenger, the route, and which driver declined.
- It starts out switched off, so nothing changes until you ask for it. To turn it on, contact our support team and tell them who should receive it - dispatch, a manager, or several people.
- Support can also adjust the wording and subject line, or send it as a text message instead.
Driver App Usage Report — Plus
A new report shows which trip statuses each chauffeur sets in the driver app - En Route, On Location, Customer in Car - whether they set them as the trip happens, and a simple score for each driver. It also shows each chauffeur's Driver Anywhere app version, and a chauffeur's score reads the same on the driver list and on their own page.
Find it under Reports.
Vehicle Authorizations Start Out Filled In — LA Black
The Drivers Authorized grid - the list of who is allowed to drive which vehicle - now arrives already filled in from your Limo Anywhere history. Wherever a driver has previously driven a particular vehicle on a real trip, that pairing is ticked for you. Everything remains fully editable.
- Only pairings your own trip history already shows are ticked, and only for your currently active drivers and vehicles.
- This happens once, the first time the grid is opened on a system where nothing has been set up yet. If you have already tailored your authorizations, nothing changes.
Find it under Vehicles > Drivers Authorized.
More Driver Improvements
- Wake-up texts can now be personalized on every account - add
%WAKE-UP-URL%to your message to include the driver's confirmation link. (Driver Wake-Ups, Plus) - Driver agreement documents pick up a driver's current home address as soon as it is updated in Limo Anywhere. (Compliance Management, Plus)
- Managers assigned to a single location can see the driver vehicle inspection reports for that location.
- The Driver's Daily Log page has a smoother, more consistent layout.
Communications
Clear a Bounced or Blocked Email Address Yourself — All Tiers
When an email bounces or is blocked, the email service stops sending to that address. Once the address is fixed (for example, a full mailbox has been emptied), you can now put it back yourself instead of contacting support. Find it under Communications > Emails > Suppressions (admins only).
- Enter an address to see whether it is suppressed, since when, and why.
- Bounced, Blocked and Invalid Address entries have a Remove button - new emails to that address are delivered again.
- Marked as Spam and Unsubscribed are shown but can only be cleared by support, because the recipient asked not to receive email.
- When a sent email shows as bounced or dropped, a Check Suppression List button on the email goes straight to that address.
- If one of your own office addresses - your sender address, or an address your notifications go to - stops receiving email this way, our support team is now alerted so we can help you put it right.
More Communications Improvements
- Emails to your inbound addresses appear in Communications > Inbox with the sender's name and message text, so they can be handled alongside your text conversations.
- Screen pop - the in-progress trip card offers the same one-click text actions (passenger link, survey, driver status and crew link) as past and upcoming trips, and the text-message window fills in the caller's number reliably, including numbers saved without a country code. (Calls Screen Pop, Plus)
- Phone number fields on the checkout, customer and settings screens show the right country for a number stored without a country code.
Trips, Accounts and Signage — All Tiers
Choose Which Trip Statuses Count as Cancelled
Mark which of your trip statuses count as a cancellation, on Trips > Trip Statuses. Cancelled trips are left out of revenue totals and trip statistics, so your reporting lines up with how your team actually uses each status.
Airline and Flight on Digital Signage
Signage can now show the arriving airline and flight number alongside your logo. Switch it on per account under Accounts, and airline logos appear automatically as we add them.
- Signage pages are noticeably lighter and load faster on display screens, and only request a web font when your chosen font needs one.
- A sign still shows the account name when an account is branded but has no logo uploaded, and the Open Sans font option applies correctly.
Your Add-Ons Come Back On When Your Limo Anywhere Account Is Reactivated
If your Limo Anywhere account is paused and then reactivated, the Add-Ons you were using are now switched back on for you automatically - your automations, feature settings and scheduled jobs pick up where they left off.
- Anything you changed yourself while the account was paused is kept as you left it.
- Reminders and other scheduled messages that would have gone out while the account was paused are not sent late - automations resume from the moment of reactivation.
- A small number of connections, such as GPS provider links, may need a quick check afterwards. Our support team follows up on those.
More Trip and Account Improvements
- Automations for chauffeur or vehicle changes now also run when that change is made in Limo Anywhere, not only from the trip details screen.
- Trip updates from Limo Anywhere are processed so each reservation is handled once, keeping notifications like Airport Link to a single message per trip.
- Child seat requests made in Limo Anywhere carry through to trip records in AddOns, so reports and filters that look at child seats see the full picture.
- Customer records from Limo Anywhere reservations carry the booking contact's email and phone, so customer filters reach the people who actually booked.
- Customers who book online are recognized more consistently when they come back, so their details are ready on their next reservation.
- Affiliate Portal links show up reliably on every affiliate record, including recently added affiliates.
- Currency settings offer the same full list of currencies available in Limo Anywhere, and your chosen currency stays as set when System Settings is saved.
- Trip status texts, such as surveys and On The Way messages, go out once for each status change.
- The Survey, Passenger Link and Driver Status buttons on trip details appear when those features are turned on for your account.
Integrations and Imports
QuickBooks — Plus
- Changes made to an invoice after it has been sent to QuickBooks, such as a discount added later, carry through automatically, and notes you add to an invoice in QuickBooks are kept.
- Invoices carry their original invoice date into QuickBooks, and payments show the invoice number as their reference to make bank matching easier.
- QuickBooks is now listed as "Quickbooks Integration" in the menu and features list.
GroundXchange — A La Carte
- Smoother handling of inbound GroundXchange trips at small private-aviation airfields that use an FAA identifier instead of a standard airport code.
Manifest Upload — Core
- Group Travel imports add each passenger's flight to the reservation as its own stop when "Other Passenger Flights" is checked in the Map Columns step, with the airline and flight number on each stop and the main passenger's drop-off kept as the last stop.
- Spreadsheet column headers that contain a line break are handled, columns whose names differ only by spacing stay separate, and you are told when a mapped column is not in the uploaded file.
- Airport codes are handled more precisely - put the 3-letter code on its own in the address column (for example SAN, or "SAN Airport"), or spell the airport's full name and it is matched for you. Mixing airport codes and street addresses on one sheet works as before.
Security and Sign-In — All Tiers
- Sign-in protection - after several unsuccessful attempts, sign-in for that account pauses for 30 minutes.
- Inactive employees - when an employee is set to inactive, their Chrome extension, app links and screen pop notifications stop working automatically.
- Signing in right after resetting your password lands you in your usual view straight away.
- Retired sign-ins - if an email address belongs to an employee record that is no longer in use (for example after duplicate records were combined), signing in now says that sign-in is no longer active, and Forgot Password sends an explanation instead of a reset link. Contact our support team to move the email to the current record.
- The Forgot Password page responds the same way for every address entered, and sends one email.
- Lead verification codes confirm only the email or phone number they were sent to.
- Routine hardening of the customer booking account pages - trips, stored cards, invoices and account details are only ever shown to the signed-in customer they belong to.
- Behind-the-scenes security improvements for the shuttle booking, driver schedule and crew portal pages.
